This company is owned by  a British husband and wife team. Our company mission is to provide our clients with a portfolio of high-quality, realistically priced villas and apartments to choose from. Once our clients have selected properties we undertake to arrange viewings, and provide a high-quality, stress-free sales and after-sales service. The ethos of this company is to operate with 100% integrity at all times and we will never knowingly market a property at any other price than the lowest available. You may note that in the site we try to avoid cheesy, flowery tourist descriptions of the areas we cover. This is a thread we intend to maintain throughout our dealings with our clients in that we will give you honest advice and answers to your questions. We do not expect you to trust us from the moment we meet, but we hope that after you have dealt with us you will then be able to recommend us to others on the basis of your experience in dealing with us. We are not just selling you a holiday home: We will provide as much in aftersales service as you require, besides all the usual things like utillity connections etc and we will assist you with any other service you need, be it how to open a bank account or where to buy furniture etc. Bryn Belton I am British and having left the Royal Navy after 20 years, I moved to Antalya in 2003. I had a gap year first (well I didn't get one when I was 18!!) and in this time I looked at what was available here and started thinking that the estate agent services here could be better and thus have taken time to find a reliable and trustworthy team and we are now in a position to offer a high-quality service to our clients. I have been coming to Turkey for 15 years (my wife is Turkish with British nationality) and have for 8 years been a property owner here. ADVICE TO CLIENTS The first advice that we give to all our clients is to please do some research yourselves as we do not recommend buying on impulse on your first holiday to Turkey. We appreciate that most of our clients will have had some experience of Turkey and therefore will know the areas they are looking at. Secondly please help us to help you- the more information you give on what you are looking for the better we are able to offer accurately selected properties which meet your criteria. We do not, and never will, guarantee huge returns on your investment as house prices can go down as well as up in Turkey just as they can anywhere else in the world. What we can say at the moment is that the prospect of appreciation in property value is good and there is strong demand from european clients. Likewise we will not guarantee rental incomes. We take a realistic view on likely rental incomes and will advise you accordingly in which area you are interested in. Please be aware that as a foreigner, when you purchase property in Turkey, the process of obtaining permission to buy (which is done through the army here as you can't buy next to a military airfield etc) may take a few months, particularly so in the busy periods, although the government is trying to streamline this process. In the few days before you arrive in Turkey please keep in contact with us as we may be able to add new properties to your viewing itinerary and may have to withdraw properties if they have been sold. We will not push our clients into viewings they do not want, nor will we rush you from one property to the next. We plan itineraries to suit our clients not us. Please wear sensible clothing and footwear for viewing. Some of the sites can be muddy or dusty and the ground can be uneven when viewing sites are in build. Also please bring sun hats and cream etc. After each viewing we invite you to make notes on what you have seen and what you like or don't like about the property. Also if you have a camera/camcorder we advise using it as this  gives you a useful aide memoir on what you have seen. If you don't like what you are seeing say so, please do not be embarrassed, the viewings are for your benefit not the agents. We are always happy to arrange a second viewing on any property. We will always endeavor to keep our appointment times with you. We also impress this upon our developers and property owners, however, a lot of them have a different attitude to time- keeping so please be patient with us on this. Please let us know if you are bringing children on the viewing as we will then plan  more refreshment stops and breaks. Also please inform us if you are handicapped and we will plan accordingly for your comfort. Lastly don't hesitate to ask questions or voice any concerns you have. When you are investing you have every right to be concerned.  It is our job to make sure all of your concerns are answered to your satisfaction.
